RICHARD MILLE's newest creation, the RM 88 Tourbillon Automatic Smiley, features a skeletonized dial with game-inspired elements such as Smiley, the sun, rainbows, flamingos, pineapples and more, and even the hour markers are cut into secondary gemstones.
