对于万国来说，提起青铜表，大家第一反应还是飞行员的子系列，主要走复古风格的喷火战机系列，但其实万国第一款青铜腕表，是在2014SIHH上推出的海洋时计计时腕表“达尔文探险之旅”特别版（IW379503），那今天就来跟表友们一起来回味一下，这款8年前推出的青铜海洋时计。

达尔文

加拉帕斯群岛，也叫科隆群岛，群岛的多样性气候和火山地貌的特殊自然环境，使多样动植物同时生存在这儿，著名生物学家达尔文于1835年曾乘坐HMS贝格尔号，到这里考察，使得之后他明确提出有名的生物进化论。自09年起，IWC万国就经常积极支持达尔文基金会在群岛上的科研与保护工作，为了能够对达尔文的开拓精神和著名科考船致敬，万国从达尔文所乘坐的贝格尔号上吸取灵感，采用在那个年代以耐腐蚀特性著称，从而运用在舷窗、船舶配件和航海仪器的青铜材质，去制作了这款品牌首枚青铜表款。
