I did some research (with the help of this forum) and I have (almost positively) a 1962 Omega Seamaster 300. 165014. serial number 1965xxxx. sport cal 550, 17 jewel. I guess it's all original. I don't know if it's a Gen 1 or Gen 2 or if it's transitional. Also read it may be 14755?
Inside the housing - the marking on the case reads 165014-62, "IF" in the center, and the serial number below is "CF".
